Mare and Foal Inspection Liability Release Agreement: Even entrant at any ISR Oldenburg NA stallion, mare and foal inspection shall constitute, by written signature where indicated below, (his agreement affirming that the person making said entry and those participating with that person, i. e., owners, handlers, trainers, grooms, or other attendants, and the horse or horses attending said inspection shall: 1) be subject to the corporate bylaws and the rules and regulations of ISR Oldenburg NA, regardless ol membership status; 2) accept the final decision of flic ISR Oldenburg NA appointed evaiuators on any issue and or question arising from participating in this inspection, 3) farther agree to hold harmless tile ISR Qidenburg NA, their directors, sponsors, inspection hosts, agents, employees, and all other personnel for any and all injuries or loss involving persons, horses, or property, whether or not such injury resulted directly or indirectly from the acts or omissions of said evaiuators, directors, sponsors, event hosts, agents, employees, or other personnel acting on Mult of ISR Oldenburg NA. Tile term "inspection hosts" shall specifically include the owners, managers, agents, employees, or other personnel acting on behalf of die inspection host and all immediate family members as well as all persons employed or engaged by the inspection hosts and or co-hosts to assist in the logistics and the conduct of tile inspection and the branding of foals. This agreement may be executed by signature to a facsimile (fax) transmitted document in lieu of an original or machine copied document.
